This picture shows a lot of me.

1.My chipped nail polish to show that I try to be girly because I’m really a tomboy at heart. 
2. My silly band is for my buddy, Juwaan. We have matching ones! The day after I took this picture my broke though :(
3. The scar underneath the silly band is from when I lived in a really bad part of Virginia. There used to be a hill in front of our apartment complex. We lived on the top floor. I would run down the hill with the keys, and then sprint up the stairs to open the door.
One day I was running down the hill and I fell into a puddle of mud and broken beer bottles. Sometimes the scar hurts so I like to think I still have class in it, but I know I don’t. This happened when I was 4 and I remember that day clearly.
4. The purple band is for my friend, Leah who has a cancer. The last time I talked to her she told me she’s doing well so I’m happy!!
5. The light blue band is for my dear friend, Dimitris. He was so funny, sweet and respectful. I still think about him every day. I could go on but then I would get really sad, ugh. I miss you, D. RIP <333 
6. The yellow band is for Livestrong. Cancer is a huge deal in my life so I always look at it and know that it can be defeated. It gives me hope.
7. My last band is the white one. It’s a Best Buddies band and it says “I See You”. I love Best Buddies and it’s mission. It reminds me to spread the awareness for everyone to be equal.
